What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and grow our Children’s Ministries (Birth–5th Grade) with excellence and care. 

  • Build and mentor a strong volunteer team. 

  • Choose engaging curriculum that makes learning about Jesus fun. 

  • Oversee programs like VBS, midweek gatherings, and holiday events. 

  • Equip parents with tools to disciple their kids at home. 

  • Ensure safety standards and manage ministry operations and budget. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • A heart for leading kids into a lifelong relationship with Jesus. 

  • Experience building and leading volunteer teams. 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 

  • A self-starter who loves connecting with people. 

  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (bonus if you know CCB, ProPresenter, Planning Center). 

  • Preferred: Degree in Ministry/Theology or 5+ years leading a large children’s ministry. 

 

Your Team 

You’ll report to our Executive Pastor of Grow and collaborate with amazing coordinators across RevKids, Access Disability Ministry, and Preschool.
